About Our School
The Wolfe Stage School is one of Cork’s premier, most renowned and respected performing arts school. For over 10 years, founding directors Declan and Careen Wolfe have diligently directed and developed the stage school into a rewarding and successful business whose reputation for excellence is unique and unrivalled.
The school offers classes in dance, drama, singing, cheerleading and film for girls and boys from 3 years of age. We offer a unique, individual and nurturing approach to the performing arts and our ever growing numbers and many stories from past and present students stand testament to the fact that this approach works.
Children’s Dance Classes
Our unique dance classes are fun, energetic and never boring!
Our high energy dance programme is engaging and entertaining for all, allowing students to master the fundamentals of dance and proper technique in a fun, relaxed and non competitive atmosphere. Our dance classes promote co ordination, poise, passion, self confidence and encourage a love for dance. The material selected for your child’s dance class is appropriate for each individual class, bearing in mind the students’ age, abilities and experience.
Drama Lessons in Cork
Drama classes have a proven track record of improving every facet of self development that can be utilised in all aspects of life. Giving the gift of confidence and independence is the greatest gift you could give anyone. Confidence to speak, confidence to try something new, confidence to grow as a person, all this can be attained with a little work. Our focus is on developing the child’s natural capacity to speak clearly, fluently and confidently.
Examinations both “in-house” and with LAMDA and other educational institutes are offered, but like everything at our school it is optional.
