The Wolfe Actors Pack

We would like to invite members to join our acting squad.

There will be two training groups that will rehearse two different plays, The Crucible by Arthur Miller and A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

The group will also focus on introducing members to Shakespearean acting followed by a full scale Shakespearean play early in 2014.

The two groups will train every Saturday and some times Sunday depending on what group you are selected for (We will add a third group if demand exists).

The two groups will rehearse from 11.00am -2.00pm on Saturdays and one group will also rehearse on Sunday.

The cost of this programme will be €5.00 per session.

Actors interested in these performances must be a minimum of 10 years old and be enthusiastic, motivated,able to work with actors of different ages and abilities and mature enough to understand the sensitivities of the casting process. You must be available each weekend between Sat Sept. 14th and Sat 23rd of November.

The shows will run In The Cork Arts Theatre from November 25th – 28th.

There will be no audition to join the group but the trainers will divide the actors into what performance group they are suitable for

Last year we started this project with a Midsummer’s Nights Dream and 12th Night – The whole process was a huge success and massively enjoyable and we would like to encourage any one who has a passion for acting to join the groups.
