The Pilates Programme with the Wolfe Stage School runs on Monday and Thursday nights either
Intermediate/ Advanced – Monday 8-9pm
Beginners – Thursday 7-8pm
Beginners / Intermediate – Thursday 8-9pm.

Orla Fitzgerald
Orla was first introduced to Pilates whilst studying classical ballet in the U.K. Orla is a qualified teacher for the Royal Academy of Dance. Having relocated from Dublin to Cork where she successfully ran three ballet schools.
She worked for three years for a physiotherapy clinic teaching group mat classes and doing one to one rehabilitation’s with clients. Orla believes in the principles of Pilates and is dedicated to its teaching.
